All of the celebs? All of the children? The only ones who help are the ones who need publicity. That seems obvious even to the most star struck.

Take their ridiculous amounts of amassed wealth, leave them with a respectable stipend for the remainder of their existence and redistribute the remainder of it to the poorest 10% of the world.
Oh, and keep the looniest of the celebrities from going around adopting foreign children by the boatload. Those kids have suffered enough.
