The Congress would have nothing to do with Hagard now would it? As far a Foley goes, he removed himself immediatly, obviating the need for Congress to do anything. Did you react this way when your buddy Bill was shoving cigars up his interns?? One thing is for sure, I wouldn't let Ted Kennedy drive my kids!
