The only answer I can give you is that when you petition for a divorce, there is a 60 day waiting period before the judge will grant it. That is Texas law. Also, if the woman is pregnant, the divorce will not be granted until the child is 90 days old. So, if you petition for divorce when she is 4 weeks into her pregnancy, you will weight the 36 weeks left in her pregnancy plus the added 90 days after the child is born.
There is no time limit to the divorce. You can file, and sometimes it can take up to 2 or 3 years some time before the couple comes to an agreement, or it goes to trial. It usually depends on if there are a lot of assets or debt ot be split, there may be a custody battle, or some other thing holding up the process.
Other than that, you will have to ask the woman herself. Asking her attorney will do no good, as they will likely not talk to you about her case at all.

Why don't you just pick up the phone, call Sarahi Gutierrez's divorce attorney, and ask them?
I guarantee, you're not going to find what you're looking for in answers.yahoo.com
