I'm from NYC and know this guy well. I think the rest of America only knows about his 9-11 traveling "America's Mayor" pimp show.
The guy married his first cousin, had it annulled, had an affair with his press secretary, had another affair where he asked his wife and kids to move out of the mayors mansion to accommodate his lover.
And that's just for starters.
When all the crap about him comes out to the rest of America, then he's toast as a candidate. Did I mention he's a bully and megalomaniac?.

The only reason Rudy is even running is because other people have pumped him up into thinking he could actually win. Come on pleazzzzz......e. Do you really want a president who is just as much if not more of a fillanderer than Bill? I mean he was a terrific mayor during 9/11. That's his job! But I don't see how anyone can expect him to run a country. He has NO EXPERIENCE in gov't besides his mayorship right? He's toast for sure. I watch his interviews and can't get past that lisp. I don't think I could listen to his speeches for 4 years. He also comes across as very egotistical. He's gotta go. I 100% agree with you.

I guess he's serious, but he sure has a lot of baggage besides the issues you mentioned. He won't get the conservative vote because he's pro-abortion and pro-gay rights. I don't know whether he favors gay marriage, civil unions or some other position like equal benefits to gays, but he's getting trashed on the conservative blogs for his political beliefs. Your 2nd paragraph presents another set of issues that will kill him with the conservatives. I guess he's delusional about winning, not running.

The guy is obviously a lesser evil out of several (meaning Republican candidates). Any other Republican candidate would cause as much damage to the US as George W Bush already did. Guiliani is electable because the voters don't care or don't know about his moral shortcomings.
Better to vote for a Democrat.

Not to mention he had all the evidence of 9/11 shipped off and recycled and god knows what other skeletons he has hid in his closet. I hope he runs so everyone will know some information about him other than the fact he was so "strong" after 9/11 like everyone thinks. They're gonna find out how "great" of a leader he was.

We will never get good, qualified candidates to run for President if their personal lives are going to be fodder for endless headlines. Imagine the smart, inventive, creative people who might run for office if they could be assured their private lives were not going to be exposed for public approval and scrutiny.
Wouldn't our country be better off if the press had just ignored Clinton's infidelities as they did with JFK?
Face it, we're never going to get anyone even approaching the right person to lead this nation if they are going to be under a spotlight. I say, make the (Liberal) press act more responsibly. Imagine if, during the Cuban Missile Crisis JFK had to contend with the crap Clinton did. His lack of focus might have ended us in the middle of a thermo-nuclear war.

Exactly. He just doesn't sound like he's made of the 'stuff' we need as a Pres. What about Huckabee & Hunter at least he's for border security. Watch out for big $$ campaigns I think that's been our downfall, falling for those with big $$ sponsors.

You forgot all his baggage with minorities too. I mean really then only thing good about his running is that they will have to downplay the Clinton sex scandal since the choice will be "Do you vote for the man who cheated or the woman who was cheated on." How you gonna sell that to Middle America? Especially with the third chickie on his arm? And whats Donna Hanover, wife#2 going to say about him? And hes pro abortion and pro gay rights.
Maybe they are just going to sell themselves to the devil to get a Rep elected.

scared, are we?
it'll be funny watching the press twist themselves into knots over this. they loved Rudy, but they will want to stay loyal to their king and queen, the clintons. what to do, what to do.........
to answer your question, i don't think so. i think it's interesting that he's won every poll i've seen in the last month.

I'm interested in your comments. Would you please give me the references, news articles, web sites, etc. where this information is available for review? You've presented a lot of second hand, here say, allegations, but not one factual reference to back it up. Please do so!!
