Are you talking about BP ? The operators of the north slope pipeline ?
All utilities have some risk in their infrastructure.
The thing to look at is , how will they perform going forward, is the bulk of the negative behind them ?
Or are there still major production problems ?
The price drop has occurred but how will it affect future dividends?
Right now these are tough questions as it is a good industry demand wise, but if production issues are too big, they can override the demand value.
Hopefully more info will be forthcoming.
