Yes. The Cavs are a slightly above average team at best, even with Lebron. They were on a hot streak earlier but now they're back down to earth.

hahaha, hard to overrate the Cavs when no one rates them at all. Seriously, most people i've talked to refer to them as "the team that Lebron is on." If there was ever a team whose only reason for having more than 0 wins just because it includes 1 star player, it would be the Cavs.

Yes they do. It is because the Cavs constantly play on national TV. The reason they get so much network TV coverage is because of Lebron. Lebron is a very popular player, so he and the Cavs get a lot of exposure. Over exposure leads to people overrating a team.

The Cavs are definitely very overrated. Look how much national t.v. coverage their games get. They just give them a lot of attention because of LeBron...who himself is overrated. I'm tired of the Michael Jordan comparisons. There will never be another MJ, period. No one will even come close to MJ, so the media needs to shut up already about Wade, LeBron, and Kobe.

Not anymore. People are starting to realize that the only consistent player the Cavs have is LeBron, and they also realize that he isn't experienced enough to make this team championship contenders, not yet at least. There's a significant difference between trying to lead a pro team when you have college b-ball experience, and when you're straight outta high school.

yes...lebron and the cavs are both poor on defense, and rely to much on jumpers...all we ever hear is that lebron this, lebron that, and he has never made it past the second round...yet wade (the supposed lesser player lol) has a ring and has never miss the playoffs in his career, and can actually play defense. lebron constantly drives to the hoop, which works, but yet he doesn't somehow average ten assists with those shooters? wesley, damon jones, drew gooden, donyell marshall, daniel gibson, palovic, etc., he is too concerned with holding on to the ball, which limits the offense (notice they somehow play better without lebron)...maybe if lebron had a ben wallace or bruce bowen to help slow down the other teams best man...but not until then (hughes is overrated).

The Cavs..until the past month...were still putting up one of the best records in the East.
Say what you want about players, but measuring teams is simple as winning and losing.

No. they showed great promise last year. They're just having a bad year. Personally, I think they need to play the bench more. When you think of Cavs, do you think of depth. No. They have it though. Varejao: could be a good center one day. Pavlovic: Nice bench points. Gibson: He should be starting now. Shannon Brown was the first round pick for them, but he's never used.

No. The Cavs are a great team. I think people overrate Lebron. They have done great without him, and he might be the ruin of that team.
