You are the only one who can answer that. It is different for everyone. We each have a purpose and when you figure out what the purpose is you can act on it to better yourself and the world. Thus I guess the ultimate goal in life is to be the best you you can be. As for the "meaning" of life, I suppose that would have depend on your definition of the word and what your purpose in life is.

There is no right answer to this question. Life is different for all.
Therefore the meaning of said lives is variant.
I am sorry that I cannot tell you what the meaning of your life is.
The meaning of my life is to enjoy life itself. To enjoy the wonders of the world in which I live. The pursuit of my dreams and fantasies. To be true to myself (tough one, believe me). To learn everyday. To teach everyday (if possible). To share what is mine and not expect anything in return.
Hope that helps. Oh yeah and.......42

The meaning of life is to know, to love, and to be happy. Christianity formulates this as "knowing, loving, and serving God so that we may be happy forever". Happiness is not a means to any other end- it is pursued for itself and it is useless to say what it is- we all know happiness when we experience it.
Happiness comes when we exercise our knowing and loving faculties (our intellects and wills) according to virtue and reason. Virtue and reason are important. With their aid we can avoid things that will not cause happiness.
Hope this helps.

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.
I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.
You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.
The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

If you are a Christian then this is the answer:
To give praise, honor, and glory to the living God, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To exalt his name and be an example to all the peoples of the earth.
