Is it possible that I am haunted?

My husband died over 15 years ago and my life has been one catastrophy after another. Bad luck or am I haunted?

If your haunted or not wouldn't necessarily bring you bad luck.

But your in that mind frame of bad luck happening to you.
So best suggestion would be to change your mind set.
To look at even the most smallest thing,
Be it you paid a bill on time or you have an extra 10 dollars to spend on yourself.. Look at it in a positive way.

Most people spend time focusing on the negative which draws in the negative , Focus on the positive it will bring in Positive.
Sure when things go wrong, don't just be balsa acknowledge it.
It is part of your life and experience.

But don't keep it pushing you down..
You have to stand up and smell the roses and enjoy there beauty And take that step forward.

I assume you are a Christian since you were praying. As a Christian, disregard any answers on here that tell you praying won't do much. You need to find someone who deals with spiritual warfare, that's exactly what this is. There are no such things as "ghosts" but there is such a thing as familiar spirits and demonic activities. Often time we open doorways for the supernatural by our actions. For instance, you said you were watching a show that dealt with the occult. That's not the sort of thing a Christian should be putting into their mind, and that could be the "doorway" for you. You allowed something into your home that you shouldn't have, so now demonic presences could come and go as they want. Yes, you need to plead the blood of Jesus but you also need to anoint your home, bind this spirit and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. If you are serious about doing things right, you need to get a pastor or a friend in the church who maybe is more experienced with anointing and cleansing houses, and you need to anoint the house. You can use anointing oil, or olive oil, really any sort of oil is acceptable. You will anoint all the doors and windows to the house, and any objects you think might be opening a doorway such as books or videos that are not good for a Christian to have. Think of anointing the doors and windows like the Israelites did at passover with the blood of the lamb. that is basically what you are doing, putting the oil on either side and on the top of the door frame/window frame. When you are ready to pray you need to open all the doors and windows to the house, other wise the spirit cannot get out through anointed openings because they are sealed. You will plead the blood of Jesus, then bind and rebuke the spirit. Tell it it has no authority to be here and it must flea in the name of Jesus. If you have been baptized by the holy spirit as evidenced in the gift of tongues, then you can also pray in tongues after you do this. Once you have finished praying you can close all the windows and doors to the house. But you really need someone who has dealt with spiritual warfare to help you out and pray over you. Okay, in order for someone to answer that accurately. they would have to know the relationship you had, the circumstances involved in his death and what precisely you think is "bad luck" without more of a description of the goings on and feeling a presence of someone. No person could answer that without speculation. Your grief could be what's haunting you, you must move on, if he loved you I'm sure that's what he'd say. BUT I wish you GOOD LUCK!!

If you have been plagued by bad fortune it is possible that there are several causes. Rather than look for the cause, look for the cure. Depending on your religious beliefs, you can find spiritual help. Go toward faith in what is good and pure and holy. Be balanced in your faith and love all human beings without prejudice. Bad luck isn't caused by hauntings. It's negativity. Do you believe that only bad things will happen to you? If so, then that's exactly why it happens.
Your husband wouldn't cause bad things to happen to you, I know he wouldn't. If you feel his presence though, talk to him, tell him to go over to the other side. Tell him to rest in peace.

now this is a question i can answer i love to study the paranormal dont ask why its just my thing lol....
but honestly without more evidence i cant say that your husband is haunting you but mabe your are just a little more jjittery since your husband died i know thats what happened to me after my grandma died i became one big jinx dont ask me how it happened it just does dont get to worried honestly its not big deal people just never get over death if you feel depressed still mabe you should talk to a doctor about this i know my doctor helped me so much after my grandma died he told me to go talk to a physcitrist and now i am a lot more calmeri hope this helps

no, you are not haunted....
but you may have felt so negative from this "occurrence" that it has manifested itself into an almost physical form, so real to you, that you now carry it with you in the form, of what appears to you, to be constant mishaps...probably brought on by your subconcious.... have some energy body work done...meditate....have a reading done....get some therapy....

Having a ghost around would not cause you bad luck. Sometimes they actually keep bad things from happening, ie..warnings, premonitions.
