Of course if your partner's there turn them on ,or make a cup of steamin hot coffee or tea with a little something extra in it, or flip to an X-Rated channel or tape, could start your juices flowing to work up a little heat, if all else fails and it's really cold out go for a run in your skippies, and if you come down with pneumonia at least you'll be nice and warmed up with fever!!!

If you don't turn on the heat, you'll take a chance on water lines freezing up and also other things can happen as well....but you could turn the thermostat to 67-69 degrees F. Then wear plenty of layers of loose fitting clothes...also warm fluids help too!

Do not be mad if you get sick you will have to pay more than what you trying to save by not turning the heater.
Anyway you can do some activity like if you have stair, climb up and down, so some yoga or exercise, if it is sunny open the curtain and let the sun come in. when cooking something open the kitchen door for heat to travel in others room.
And if nothing work, please turn on heater a slightly more.

You loose most your heat from your head. Keep your head warm with a knitted hat or towel. Body heat, cuddle or be with others in a close facility. Continue to do stretches, it increase the blood flow in your body, and will keep your body temperature up.

The more humidity you add to the air, the less heat it takes to get warm. Take a steam shower and put on a pot of water for spaghetti. Call me when it is ready.

Layer up on your clothing, pile up those blankets, have some warm cocoa, visit friends who have their heat on. Go to the mall, watch movies, go to the library, etc. . .

It's actually proven that if you sing summer songs, it makes you feel warmer. So, sing songs like I'm Walking on Sunshine to yourself. You'll feel warmer after a while
Or, just think of the sun and the beach and before you know it, you'll feel like you're there
Hope you feel warmer
