Do you think that the processed cafeteria food can be better? Not to mention the attitude of the cafeteria ladies? Here in California we have what they call lunch tickets. The food is dry, & bland, & if you dont have a ticket you get a stale hard grill cheese and you go to the back of the line. How do I know this, even though I am 26 years old I went through it and my kids go through the same. Gosh all that goverment money going to new schools, equip, etc. How about also emphasising on nutrtion for kids. That way they wont go running to Mc'Donalds!
Come on whatever happened to paying at least $2 for a reasonable cooked at the school food, with food of choice.
And please don't give me that "not all kids have $2" when even now a days kids have $150 shoes w/ cell phones. OKAY.
Please enough with fast food after school. Some of these kids rely on school food because they dont come home to a warm meal or there might be nothing in the fridge.
Please your opinion on improvement!

Surprisingly, my cafeteria serves excellent food. The students from the grade 11 and 12 cooking course is making it. So they are experienced and there are three other professional chefs guiding and helping them. They make lots of different types of food, like Chinese Buffet, Steak, Fish chips, Salad, Nachos and so on. They always have a different menu each day. The average cost of lunch in our cafeteria is $4.50. The least amount is $2.50 and the highest amount is $6.50.

You see, cafeteria foods are soaked in grease and disgusting junk not good for your body. They should serve healthy foods like vegetables and proteins that ARE NOT PROCESSED!

the people who make your school lunch aren't being paid enough like all the rest of the staff. i think the people who make your lunch are being paid minimum wage and they only have so much time everyday to make you a decent meal.
