Movie is about a teen girl who goes to the mall has a free makeover @ makeup counter then goes to a concert in the mall and catches the eye of the lead singer, they fall in love, then he realizes she is 14 or so. Does anyone know the name of this movie? Or the name of the actors in this movie?

The movie is "SOONER OR LATER" and was made in 1979 for network TV. It may have been rerun on cable in the 80's. The girl told the mall singer (Rex Smith) she was 16. They strike up a bond and she hires him to give her guitar lessons. They soon fall in love. He's 17. He later finds out she lied to him and she's really 13. Good movie. Rex Smith showcases a lot of his original songs in the movie. I've attached a link.
