I've had panic attacks for a long time. I actually had one today. A close family member got sick, and I got shaky, couldn't breathe, and my heart races. My mouth gets very dry, and it feels like a heart attack, and, paralyzing. ~~~~

My sister had them all last summer. She was afraid that we weren't going to have enough money to send her back to collgege.
I'm pretty sure stress and cafine triggered her attacks.
It was scary, if her heart rate were ten more points more she would of have an heart attack.

About 3... all triggered by an initial feeling of claustrophobia... not for a long time, though... thankfully.

Many...when I ran out of my medication (clonazepam) I was unable to leave the house. I go to therapy, but they have told me that, since I have had anxiety disorders from early childhood, that it is probably a chemical imbalance.

Yes and it was horrible.Its actually a chemical imbalance.Low saratonin.Usually its not in a stressful situation but after it has calmed down.

minor ones when I was younger. they happen to run in my family. stress buildup is the main reason. my brother gets them and completely flips out.

yeah, a few,the idiots that used to work in my building.Since they treated me bad, they were moved to another building.Funny thing is...I never told the boss what was happening,he figured it out.
