Where, there are designer outlets all over?!
There is a McCarther Glen at York, which is really good.

Bicester shopping village in Oxfordshire isn't bad. There are lots of designer stores and a fab monsoon outlet which is my favourite! Check out their website for a full list of stores: http://www.bicestervillage.com/bicester/home.asp
