Only if his intentions were gay, otherwise we all get sore painful feet and I would assume most would agree its ok for a female to give another female a foot massage,,,,,in prison, so hey to each their own. =)

well dont know because desperate times calls for desperate ,messures because they can easily be picturing it to be someone else. only because they are in prison and they cant have who used to do it. DO It.
