This product has been around for decades and this is the first time that this has ever happened. Isn't this a case of negligent parents and stupid kids?

probably...kids today don't seem to have common sense and neither do their parents...I am talking majority but not everyone.

kids are NOT gettin more stupid. Parents are becoming more negligent and not supervising their kids becaue they are too "busy" talking on their phones and playing on their computers. Simply tell the kid that they are supposed to put the cake in the over and not their hands. Of course if they do that. . . .the partnes will not be to sue for thousands of dollars and get their names on TV for thier OWN stupidity.

Like 99 percent of the recalls.....They are for 8 years and up...Stupid mothers that buy them for 5 year olds should have their hands shoved in there!!!!

maybe it's because adults are using them instead of investing in a real oven... everyone knows that an adult's hands are way too big for a queasy bake oven...
