me and my friends are in this huge fight we have been friends for a long time and now she is turning on me and she says she does not wanna be my friend but i really wanna be her friend i need help

The only thing you can do is tell her how you feel, you should go somewhere like dinner and just talk, write her a letter or something. I'm sure you know what you did to get her to the point that she doesn't want to be your friend, if she continue to say that she doesn't want to after you explained to her, you have to let it go.
