karaoke discs are special, having video, audio and graphics on the same file.
this is called cd+g.
nero has a programme that will copy this but you must select it by name (cd+g). then copying is as any cd file.
you can buy a copy box which has a player and a recorder from many computer shops that has a cd+g programme ready to use for about £50, but his is only worth it if you mean to copy a lot of discs.

Ok now you're in my world. I'm a karaoke DJ and I converted all my CDG's to MP3+G. First a foremost you need a drive that is a dual layer burner, if not the graphic files is not visible. I recommend the Plextor brand drives. They make a great external drive too so you don't have to worry about installing it. Just plug in and go. Next you will need software to rip tracks. I use a simple program called MP3+G Tools. It's pretty easy.

Karaoke CD+G discs are NOT video discs and DO NOT contain videos. Most likely the problem is that your burner is not CD+G compatible as required by the software you are using. Try downloading a demo copy of Power CD+G Burner http://www.karaoke-software.net/power-cdg-burner.html and see how it does. If it works, buy the full version.

when you're utilising the most up-to-date version you may flow onto nero commence smart and click on the :action picture star" icon and decide "replica DVD". If the VCD's are on CD you'll use a similar icon, yet you opt on to set the little applet to CD on the proper. at the same time as utilising nero convey you in hardship-free words click on "replica finished disc" after starting up this technique.
