One that I can think of is Rollins Band. Henry Rollins is very anti-drug and didn't allow it in his band. He used to be the frontman for Black Flag and I'm not sure about the drugs in that band. Here's a link to an interview with Crazy Henry.

Try older bands like Earth Crisis or Strife who are both "straight edge" (drug/alcohol free) hardcore. Or I would highly recommend the band Champion. When searching for other bands online, make sure to type in "straight edge" and you'll find tons

Nope, i have under no circumstances carried out a project on *ANY* band, your fortunate. yet on your speech remember to instruct the godfathers of grunge like the melvins, pixies, and black flag. although that is completely wonderful if i did a document on led zeppelin or the beatles, i does no longer even pick to do analyze because i comprehend plenty, i recommend plenty about them bq: guns n roses bq2: can't imagine of any, sorry bq3: soul kitchen or alabama song (whisky bar)

Do they have to be secular bands? There are plenty of christian metal bands. But If you want secular bands...can' think of a one that is drug free.

Easy Anthrax they actually used to get made fun of when they where big they still play but no one really knows who they are if you need them saying it well listen to there song "I am the man" some other good ones are "bring the noise" with public enemy "Crush" and "Hy pro glo" is sweet to. why? the more drugs the better!! i had to write a report on someone i admired and i chose Kurt Cobain,i didn't lay shy on the heroin parts, i embraced them!
