Well, not much, has the 19 year old been there longer? The difference is 10 cents an hour, but I dont think that was the question. Often you get a few cents more after you have been at a job for a while. But if that is not the case, there are many low wage jobs out there. Tell the 21 year old to asked for a raise or find a new job.

Pounds and pence I think alot of ppl are thinking dollars, if u are and thats dollars then thats really below min wage! Have you just started this job? money always goes up a bit after the first 3 months usually

experience? The 19 could have started working for that company since he was 16 (and got 3 pence rise every year, lucky him/her ha ha!) and the 21 yr old just got recruited?
