hell yeah! If it's like a tennis style skirt, and it's like knee high socks... it gets me all hot and bothered

if your legs are good enough then the socks do not matter. Just don't wear black socks with your khaki shorts to mow the lawn. Everyone will think you are a cop and quit talking to you about all the good stuff going on out in the neighboorhood.
