Generally the rude people on the Internet are males from the ages 13-18 and occasionally females around the ages of 13-16 (females are usually more mature than males). The reason they are rude is due to the anonymity the Internet provides. They think they can get away with it and it makes them feel special. If you're in a chatroom or IM conversation there is [usually] a feature that blocks these minor annoyances. If you ignore them...they go away. Just don't let them bother you.

Because they are also rude and jerks outside of the internet as well.

because the are rude in real life and they scared to say something to you face so they just do it over the Internet

not to be rude to you, but, welcome to the real world, when ever i am in chat there is always a rude person who has to put their worthless chat in, i just put them on ignore then i dont have to read anything i dont like
