It's not all Republicans-but tthe conservative right certainly is critical. They believe it's a sin for Lynn Cheney to be in a lesbian relationship and think it's a sin for two women to raise a child.

This whole situation with Cheney's gay daughter is hilarious on so many levels. Think about it: the most powerful and vile politician in the US right now has a gay daughter! Liberals can't touch her, because **** and Lynne Cheney start barking about using Mary Cheney as a political tool. Conservatives are beside themselves with repulsion, because anything remotely gay freaks them out. Meanwhile, every person in this country, including Republicans, has at least one gay family member. As for Mary Cheney herself, do you think she gives a rat's behind about gay rights? Don't be naive! Mary Cheney only cares about her rights, and the rights of her long-time companion and forthcoming child.

Could you please show me proof that Republicans are attacking Cheney's daughter. You can email it to me, or post it right here. It would help if you posted it. It seems to me that it's Libs that are doing all the outing of gays, and attacking them.

This sounds highly unlikely to me. Cheney is the Republican Vice President, why would Republicans attack his daughter? I think not! This sounds like something you might like to have happen but it just isn't so guess you would like to start it, right?
