I think Grossman is better than most make him out to be. The offensive coordinator needs to stop calling so many long bomb plays and take what the defense is giving with short routes underneath. If the Bears did elect to go for another QB next year, their best bet would be to look at Philadelphia. They have Donavan McNabb who is a native Chicagoan and they have Jeff Garcia, who makes far less mistakes than Grossman. Philly fans don't know what they want. At this point they are calling for Garcia to be their starter, the man whom they booed after he manned up stayed in the game after an injury, and led them to a victory. But who knows by training camp next season. Whichever one Philly would part with would be the best option for the Bears. They need mistake free football on the offense, because the D has it covered.

Grossman is a good QB, he is still young and looses confidence from time to time but he had the second most 100 plus QB rating in the league right behind Peyton Manning. This is his first full year hes going to be a better QB next year for sure.

It'll probably be a rooke, although I think Chad Pennington has a better chance of being in Chicago than McNabb. Philly wants to trade him to an AFC team (possibly Baltimore). Rex the Hex sucks and will be outta there next year. Brian Greasy wont be the starter, and I think they haven't seen enough of Kyle Orton to give him the keys yet. I say Pennington or a rookie, but they suck at drafting QB's. Think they can get Jim McMahon out of retirement?

Remember this was Rex's first full year in the NFL. He lead the Bears to the Superbowl. Pretty impressive stuff. Lovie Smith sees something in him as well as the rest of the Bears, why can't the fans do the same. Yes, Rex made some mistakes but so did other members of the team. Stop the Rex hating.

They should get rid of Rex Grossman, he is not that good. Of course you can't just blame Rex Grossman for what happened last game. They did a lot of things wrong, like fumbling the ball when Grossman made a good pass.

Realistically, I'm from Indy Go Colts... Gotta cut Rex some slack... he lead the bears all season.. all the way . Obviously his coach and team never doubted him. Maybe if Chicago didn't have to watch the MVP ,best QB show him how it's done, they wouldn't be so down on him, I mean he pales in comparison to Peyton Manning, but has the potential to be a great QB.
That's coming from a Hoosier.

Nothing is going to happen. Grossman worked with the team to get the Bears to the Superbowl... I don't think anybody expected them to be as good as they were.
