Wake up. War is to be avoided but when it comes to it, do it right and be done with it...(well, until the next one anyway)

Don't confuse this kind of thing with needing a new strategy because contrary to what the administration wants to say, re-deploying does not mean leaving in 6 months. While there are some extreme views that do suggest this, most of us are saying we need a new strategy not more of the same. Read Joe Biden's ideas, read Obama's ideas. So I would suggest you try listing to more than one new channel to get different viewpoints. Be American...listen to all sides.

The main point is that more American faces just inflame Arabs. This is part of the root problem. The more we look like occupiers the more they hate us. I work on a military base and I can tell you that this is understood my many of the people I work with.

How is it possible that you read "withdraw" and hear "surrender?" To whom, exactly, are we supposed to be surrendering? There's a difference. Leave vs. surrender. Look them up.
