Who is the kid in the 311 music video?

In 311's video for Flowing, theres the main character who keeps waking up in dreams and stuff, and its not a member of the band im just wondering who it is! :)

i think it's Eddie Kaye Thomas, better known as Finch, from the American Pie series of movies.
