Why do guys do this?

Why do guys like to pick on other women or thier girlfriends or wives, I find it very mean and stupid, I mean I think there doing it because they want attention all to themselves and they want to act cool. So why do you think there bieng assholes?

Men like that LACK self confidence, that's why they act that way. It is mean and stupid, I agree. But usually men like that aren't overly bright.
