My father owned and operated his own consulting firm from 1993-1999. During Junior High & High School I worked as his Administrative & Clerical Assistant. I spent hours at his office after school and over summer break.

I have been using Excel since I was 12 and was interfacing with clients over the phone at the age of 14 (of course, they had no idea I was so young). Should this work experience, which did help "jump-start" my skills and career, be listed on my resume? I'm afraid that some employers will turn an eyebrow up at a 26-year-old with 14-years experience.

Yes absolutely - just explain it so it makes sense to someone reviewing it.

Yes!! Experience is experience no matter what. It will say a lot more than if its blank with no experience... Which you already have! go ahead!!

Of course it should, any experience you have, even if its babysitting, should be on your resume.
