nail strenghthening cream or gloss? coz my nails keep snapping even when they are short!!! i have a good diet so it cant be that

the best thing would probably be to have nail extentions or UV gel extentions to protect ur nails. thou if u dont want to go that way, try using really good hand and nails cream such as "simply" anti age-ing hand cream for hands and nails but anything cream around the £5 mark will have some good protection in it. also try using a base coat on ur nails to keep nails strong, avon cosmetics do sell and nail strengthener for about £5 which works really well. hope that helps. good luck

I have never had a nail snap, so I don't know. I cannot even imagine a short nail snapping. Check your intake of calcium, 1200 mg per day is what you might take to consider your diet being good.

This will probably sound funny, but taking prenatal vitamins really helps. Don't take them with any other vitamins- you don't want to overdose on the vitamins, but prenatal vitamins have more folic acid in them than other vitamins. Folic acid is good for babies, but has the wonderful side effect of strengthening and lengthening your nails and hair. Plus, if you are in child bearing age (even if you don't plan on having a child soon), the vitamins prepare your body with the right nutrients, etc. to take care of baby from day one. You can find prenatal vitamins at any drug store over the counter.

I have really soft nails, I got this gloss by sally hansen called "strong as nails" it was only £2.50 from savers and works like a dream xxx

The best thing I have ever used is Mystic Nail. It's sold in the drug store in packs of two for under 4.00. I'm telling you my nails do not grow at all. Only when I use Mystic Nail...

I know you've asked for a cream or gloss.........but just as an alternative...you can try and pinch on garlic...they can strengthen nails
