Yes there is a difference, we have to differentiate logic and logiclessness prior to understand the difference between rationality and objectivity.
Rationality is more closer to logic, where objectivity may have link with both logic and logiclessness at the same time. As objectivity is actually, unbiasedness.
Logic is a well arranged sequence of processes involved in a system. But there are certain things that happen without any process or being step by step. Like creation, the initial idea, by definition, is an act that is abrupt and time less, where production of created identity is based upon process of growth and evolution.
Rationality is scientific where objectiveness may be in both scientific and artistic fields, as truth cannot be divided into science and arts.
