Stop wearing makeup for a while. I know it is not your first instinct, but keeping your pores clear will help stop the formation of pimples. Wash your face with Neutrogena bar soap every day. When you get up in the morning, before you go to bed at night, and whenever else during the day that your face feels oily, soak a cotton ball in witch hazel (available at the drug store) and use it as an astringent to dry up the oil and keep your pores clear. You can put cheap toothpaste (you want the basic, white kind) on pimples before you go to bed to spot treat and help dry them up, just wash it off in the morning. Hope this helps you! I know my face gets pretty ewie right before my period and doing all this helps me.

It has more to do with what you put on the inside than on the outside. Those that have followed a low GI diet (not weight lose diet) find there skin heals really well. Foods like multigrain bread and fruit and vegies stop the body going up and down like crazy and this shows in the skin. There are a lot of good sites with great low GI recipes. Its not horrible food its stuff like chicken ceasar salads and muffins and the whole family eats it now. Worked for my son.

Try putting toothpaste on the little buggers before you go to bed, alternatively try a spray of perfume or rub alcohol into them. It won't cure your pimples, but it will reduce the ones that are already there.

Drink water, water, water - at least 2 litres a day to keep flushing out toxins.

Wear a non oil based moisturiser and foundation

Hope this helps

try herbal combinations, because store bought things never work for me, plus they smell a lot better, and some times they can take as little as 3 days
