and they are alot skinner than they used to be, not as muscular. What can I do to make them not so pale that they look purple, and maybe fake some definition?

The dinner is at a very nice restaurant and the attire calls for a dress. The dress i have goes about mid calf, and is white, I think it makes me look paler, but I loved the fit.

You don't need "definition". You can make your legs darker if you wear nylons. It's cold outside so i mean it wont really matter. If someone makes fun of you for having undefined legs be like "At least my legs aren't fat like yours"

High heels will help make your calves look defined.

Get some bronzing moisturizer like the one made by Jergens.

Or wear some sheer stockings that have a luxurious weave.
(ex. DKNY, Nordstrom's, Hanes Sheer Elegance) The color should match your shoes and complement your dress so your legs look longer.

get a spray tan and then define your calves with make-up - a lot of work however for an evening affair... you're better off just putting pants on...
