Coaches who go in with young talent that ends up busting (Reference: Celtics) end up with their butts on the fryers.

You will get more credit and have a more stable career coaching a perenial winner than trying to build one. Not saying that is good, just that is the way it is.

If you think a pro team can win with a coach sitting back and watching, you do not understand the game.

Give me the vets anyday. The "good young talent" hasn't faced the humbling play of real NBA play yet, and still think they are playing college ball. Lots of times they think they know it all already.

I would coach the Cleveland Cavaliers. They have Lebron James and I would trade BIG Z and Eric Snow. I think they can get a pair of pretty good ballers for these two. They already have the talent, they just need a little tweaking here and there.

if you want to actually coach and not watch then you would pick the bobcats. they need some work and actually need coaching. they have good young talent.
