There are numerous reasons for bleeding and spotting in pregnancy including having had an internal exam or ultrasound, having sex or even a bowel movement.
Let your physician know but many women do spot and are just fine.

Brown discharge is old blood, and should be reported to your doctor. If you are sexually active, you could have bled a few days ago and it's just now coming out.

You shouls be fine. It happened to me and I was just fine. Make sure you let your doctor know. It will make you feel a lot better.

It might be your body just getting rid of excess stuff, but I would call your doc and let them know! ask if this is normal and what you need to do if not!
