It is very strange for south orange county city have 33% hispanic population can any one explain this?

Well considering the town has been virtually a Hispanic town (as the name would imply) for centuries... I would harbor to guess a lot of it has to do with the fact families with set roots rarely leave their home towns and the high percent of old Hispanic blood and community attracted new Hispanic blood and community.

I dont see why that would be strange, you do understand that long before the area went white, it was brown, right?

despite what you would see on shows like the OC, there is a lot of racial diversity in the area.

and being in an area where nearly every town is of hispanic origin I really don't understand how the percentage of Latinos in the area is relavent or surprising.

Pretty straight forward really. Our government doesn't enforce our borders nor does it encourage the deportation of illegal aliens. This causes Hispanic people to gather together for a feeling of home. Then they just spread from there.
