I get so sick of my problems I just think its better to go to sleep forever and never ever wake up. They just never end. You get rid of one problem and a worse one comes along.

my problems are not of my own making. They are problems created by being forced into a situation where I have had to clear up someone elses mess and there is no way I can get out of it.

Well, It seems you are near the end of this journey, so now is the time to reflect on this task. You did something that had to be done, for someone who couldn't do it themselves. This is actually a good thing. If you really didn't care for this person, u probably wouldn't have done such a good job, or worse, not at all.
There is a saying "what goes around, comes around". You'll get repaid for your deeds, good and bad.
Remember, for everything bad that happens to u, there is also something good. It's just a lot harder to find it.Sooner or later, It'll pop right into your head. Keep the faith, and be proud of the job that u did.
PS... By the way, the numbers you picked for me haven't come in yet (lottery), but I am still playing them. Guess who?

just remember that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and however dark things seem right now i promise that one day you will look back and be glad you never gave up. You can have all the friends in the world and still be as lonely as if you had none. I have been there I have problems I have no control over and yes they get me down so much and some days its hard to think there will ever be light at the end of the tunnel but please dont give up you will find the light and hey if you need a friend i'm here. Smile xx

There are both emotional and physiological causes for the way you are feeling and if you are interested in changing this it is helpful to try to identify which is the source (or the continuing cause) of your depression.

There are many common medical professionals who will be willing to assist you in this process in exchange for your currency however there are also many steps you can take yourself before consulting a professional. This is counter to the advice you will receive from most physicians for obvious reasons.

The first and most difficult step is to commit to changing the way you feel. It is common when in a state of depression to have negative, painful associations with the effort it will take to change the situation however the upside of this is that eventually the depression will become so severe that you will have no choice but to act or loose things that are important to you, up to and including your life.

It will sound cliché but exercise is the easiest first step. Simply breathing better, taking deep long breaths instead of quick shallow ones can make a significant difference. Walking is a good next step. If you can remember to breathe and walk a mile or more a day, you should start feeling better (if nothing else you'll be distracted).

From there you can alter your diet, increase your water intake as well as experiment with things like ginseng, B vitamins and other natural remedies, in moderation and see if these can provide you with the assistance you need to make it through the darker times.

I would be happy to give you more specific advice based on your situation, feel free to contact me with more details.

It has from time to time but I've found it no help dwelling on things too much and overthinking situations . I'm almost 50 and am only now have learned not to sweat the small stuff anymore . All we can do is our best and take care of the things with which we have some control over . But it's equally important to realize some things just are not within our means to fix sometimes and we have to work harder to accept those situations when they arise.

Your not the only one with issues. Emo's are fake. They complain of made up problems that will fade in a year b/c the emo fad will have ended. So right now, stop your imaginary drama and focus on real problems like AIDS, Cancer, and Those kids who don't have anything to eat and are struggling with all kinds of things. Those little kids think the same thing probably. Just sleep forever.
I have lots of issues. I rather turn my issues/anger into something else (not hippy like...i write songs and poems). And leave it at that. Then unlike others, i move on with my life. Because in life, you are going to have problems and there is no easy way out. Oh yeah, be emo. Kill yourself. Suicide leads to hell. Hell is NOT easy.

Everyone has problems. But you would never appreciate good times if you didn't have bad times. I can remember a time when I was living/working in a place for 2 years and had 6 months left. I used to think "guys have been in prison longer than 6 months and lived, so I'll make it through this hell hole". And I did...and now I remember that time when things seem tough and I laugh and think...well nothing is as bad as it seems.

That's life sweety just when you think you're getting back on track something else comes along to put you back down. Just get on with it as best you can and don't spend all your time worrying about it (get it sorted at the same time of course as best you can) because you'll do your own head in.

Yes either you get through one problem just to be hit with another one or they all hit you at once. But I speak from experience that all of the hard times have made me stronger. Even when I was the one making bad choices, I eventually learned from them. And things beyond our control is harder to handle but there is always a way through, have courage and be strong. I felt like I was always being kicked to the ground, picking myself back up again and again and then it became to hard, unbearable, I had no strength left to pick myself back up again, I lost all hope and it is at those times when you need to reach out to anyone like your doing right now.

Sometimes you are right and I've had one of those days. To top it all off I felt a stabbing pain in my side and realised my wire had come loose from my bra!

I think if you take the attitude - so what, that doesn't matter your problems seems less. Try it because I think negative attracts negative.
