When you have to leave Twilight Town with Sora, you have to take tha special secret train to Master Yen Cid. After he tells you a bunch of stuff, you get to meet three good faries and they give you some new clothes. These clothes come with special powers. These specail powers are that you get to transform into Valour Form.

Once you get Sora back from the Mansion, you will leave twilight town and head to the tower of Yen Sid. After going all the way through the tower, defeating Heartless along the way, you will talk to Yen Sid and learn about all of the new things that have been happening. Once done getting the information, you will go next door and talk to the three fairies from Sleeping Beauty who will, after some arguing, put you in some new clothes as well as your first form called Valor form. Very useful for the beginning. Hope this helps!

After you finish Twighlight town with Roxas you go back to Sora (sadly) and then leave to go the next world. You get a train that takes you to this weird tower where you fight some heartless, go up some stairs. Then after talking to the freaky wizard with eyes that are sticking out you go into the other room where the 3 fairies are. They give you a awesome new costume along with valor form
