my desktop toolbar is vertical how do i make it horizontal again?

all you have to do is drag it back where you want it.

Just to add this in, if you want to make extra toolbars..you can drag any folder you want to the side of the screen and it will attach itself as a toolbar will all the icon in that folder being displayed....

Click on the toolbar and hold and drag to the bottom

Click and drag it to the position you want it to, happened to me to for some reason :)
