I'm 15, and I just found out im 6 weeks pregnant. I have to get an abortion.. i know what there gonna do but id like to know all the details.

You should see a counselor, sometimes they have one at the clinic where the abortion will take place. This is your decision; don't let everyone on here get to you. They are very nice at the clinic and understanding. You are allowed pain medication so it doesn't hurt and you can ask any questions you have beforehand. You are also given the option of changing your mind anytime before the procedure begins. The doctor simply dialates your cervix (which is a little uncomfortable, but not painful) and then scrapes your uterus and vacuums out the remaining tissue. It is not a pleasant experience, but if you are not ready for a child, this option is open to you. Please have your mother or a good friend go w/ you to the clinic; it will be easier this way. My mom went w/ me when I had mine and even though it's still difficult to talk about, I feel like I made the right decision. I wish you luck hun, be strong : )

Did u tell your folks u r pregnant? They may be mad but they might also encourage u to take responsibility for the baby and offer u as much help as they can. Abortions are so dangerous. If u do keep in mind that u may become sterile, it could get infected, sooo many things could go wrong. Not to mention the guilt u will forever feel! I fu were raped then i could see an abortion but if it was just one careless night then take on responsibilty. I have a friend who aborted her baby a six weeks, the doc did a poor job and shes in soo much pain 1 month later, and she cries from guilt constantly, always wondering what if! Think about it. Im not judging u, just informing u of the physical and emotional side effects!

dude, just because you're 15, doesn't mean you have to have an abortion!!
I had my son when i was 16..
I was on drugs, in an abusive relationship, homeless... there's no excuse you can give me, where i can't give you a better one!
my son changed my life in the most amazing ways!
OK, so maybe you don't want a baby, what about adoption? You are so lucky that you CAN fall pregnant, so if you're not ready to bring up a child, then let someone else take care of your little BABY who isn't as blessed as you.
Don't make this baby suffer for your mistakes...
PLEASE think about it... I'm betting you're going to regret it!

The last one is an actual video of an ultrasound being done while the woman is going through the abortion, after the doctor who performed the abortion looked at the tape he never once gave another girl an abortion...abortion is not your only option and u should think twice before u leap...it is cruel to your baby and although u are young u can give the baby up for adoption or care for it yourself..how is it that many many girls your age and under take care of there babies but u cannot? Thats too bad. I feel for your baby. You need to go to abortion websites to get all the details, because I dont think anyone would want to tell you all the terrible details. Why are you having sex at 15 anyways? And now your baby has to suffer for it.

You can go to a local clinic and they will explain everything to you, it's probably best you talk in person with someone. Several states will keep this confidential.
However, you should think about talking with your parents or some other adult who can support you through your decision making process. There should be someone out there you can talk to.
You can always see a counselor as well. Ask them about their confidentiality procedures.

don't abort! you will regret it! give the baby up for adoption!!! please! what they do is disgusting and it is not your job to put the life of that baby in your hands. god blessed you with it, now you do what is best for the baby, not for you!!!! also, aborting could affect you severly in the long run! you might not be able to have anymore kids afterwards!!!
