I'm already using www.seek.co.nz and www.search4jobs.co.nz
I am looking for a job either as a Test Analyst or using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) such as Esri Arcgis.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

I am not familiar with Esri, as I use a more basic system.
