Tryed to put a video on it today and it said it couldn' t do as it was an unsupported media type. The video I was trying to put on was an MPEG file. What do I have to change it too, or does this depend on the make of the MP4. If so Its an import from Hong Kong!

Most MP3/MP4 players work as flash or removable hard drives, for file transfer. For conversion of video formats, I use Pocket DVD Studio. This can also Rip video from protected DVDs for backup purposes! I don't know about your player, but I encode to M4P format for my iPod Video.
