small circles on the wall that a monkey is flying out of. I always get weird pictures in my head before I fall asleep. Sometimes the same visual....

The glow of the red numbers on my DVD player/VCR, the closed blinds on my window, the vintage Mamas & the Papas poster on the wall touching my bed, my cell phone recharging behind my bed's headboard, and the patterned blankets I wrap myself in.

A nail in the coffin! Kidding, though I do like it to be unbelievably dark in my room. What I usually see is a crack in one of the blinds letting in light....Grrrr
