Sometimes I get an uncontrollable urge to scream REALLY REALLY loud and when I do people just stare at me. Why is that?

LoL OMG! I Have No Clue. I Do That All The Time....Sometimes I Even Warn People And Say...."Hey! I Feel Like Screaming So Im Going To Scream Okay?" And When I Scream They Look At Me Like Im The Crazy One....??? I Dont Get It Either Girl! :)
