and click on the bottom where it says Enter To join halmoon cafe, It does not work. It always tells me to contact suppourt, can someone please check if this is happenin to you?

Halmoon is an Arabic forum and chat site. The software they suggest is to facilitate net conferencing (audio and video). The software is Arabized so that the target audience (non-English speakers) can use it.
Most of the site doesn't require the software...chat rooms, forums, etc....and downloading the conferencing software is not required to register.

that website used a different language other than english
so i recommend to get a program for your computer that will translate or up on the screen for window explorer, click on the tab that says"view" scroll down until it says "Encoding". Check the website thoroughly for options for eg. at the screen click on a flag that will show the english traslation of the website. I think it's in a language from the middle east eg. Arabia, jewish etc.

that page, is asking you to download a program that will help you join their cafe.
Frankly, I wouldn't download crap to join a website.
It should be a simple login name, etc to join.
To fishy to require you to download something.
If you think it is legit, then you probably don't have sufficient computer rights to download this program they want you to download.
