I agree.
Most people are such assholes. The way I deal with it is to sit there, shut up, mind my own business, and speak when spoken to.
When things get too tough, what I do is distance myself from the situation for a while.

Yes, there is an abundance of suffering.
But there are also beautiful things such as the sunrise, wildlife, the laughter of children, a smile from someone on a day that you need it most, and the gift of life itself. Also, wonderful people like you help to make things a little easier. So when you get "down", just try to remember some of the beauty that this world still has to offer. Okay?

You are oh so right. The only other problem is trying not to put so much energy into something that is gone in a minute, sorry to say. Other people really don't care what they're saying, if they can hurt you, they will. Hope I made sense.

I know. I feel the same way. You just have to keep your head up, look people in the eye, and be proud of who you are since you can't control their actions (rude or otherwise). They'll get theirs.

i definately agree with you there :) i wish i could tell my mother in law where to stick it i would any1 else but i cant as i do not want to hurt my husband but 1 of these days ooooh she will push me to far and i will tell her .but some people you just cant and they keep pushing you and its awfull especially when its at work too you feel trapped as you have to go and you cannot say anything as you have to see them day in and day out goodluck though your not alone ! remember to SMILE :)
