many have insulating fur on their feet which protects them from the cold...this is one of the most simple winter adaptations that most northern hemisphere animals possess.
Another feature that these animals possess is something called counter current heat exchange. Essentially what this is is, when warm arterial blood moves from the body core to the appendages, the heat is transferred to surrounding tissues, warming it up, this makes the temperature in the limb more tolerable.

They have really thick skin and usually really thick pads on their feet.

Maybe they do get cold.
