Oh geez, I know how you feel, trust me. I'm in my 8th week now, first child, and today has been the worst yet. I can't hold anything but water down for any length of time. But think of it in the long run, when you get to see that little bundle of joy smiling up at you for the first time, it'll all be worth it. Congratulations on the miracle of life...it's all going to be well and good.

I'm not sure why, but if it makes you feel better, during my first pregnancy, I had ALL day sickness for 9 months! The last time I threw up was when I was in labor from eating ice!
I think your sickness is totally normal. Hopefully It will go away after your first trimester.

Pregnancy hormones. Gotta love 'em. Also, do you take prenatal vitamins? If you do, do you take them at different times of the day? Those can make you nauseous too. I took mine at night before I went to bed and it helped.
