I can recommend both.
Go to Caesar's, eat at Bradley Ogden, and see Celine Dion.

My first choice for shows would be Celine Dion at Caesars, followed by Le Reve at Wynn, Mystere at TI, Love at Mirage and KA at MGM.
Gallagher's at New York New York is wonderful, and I also like the Pullman Grill downtown at Main Street Station. It has a lot of ambiance if you like antiques and reasonably priced food. We ate at the Steak House at Luxor in November and were disappointed in the food.

Go see Anthony Cools if you are old enough to see an adult show. It is absolutely one of the funniest shows I have ever seen!
