It's good that you already have a doctor's appointment set. You will probably go once per month. When you go the doctor will probably provide you with brochures and other information on having a healthy pregnancy. For your first appointment take a list of any pills/medications you are taking, they will also ask about dates of your last cycle.
Take pre-natal vitamins, rest, eat well, drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables. Don't take any over the counter or prescription medications (includes medicated creams) unless you've checked with the doctor to make sure there will not be any side effects on your baby. If they are prescription medications check with the doctor before you stop taking them.
Stop drinking caffeine and alcoholic beverages. Don't lift anything heavy.
Read the labels on everything. Try not to be too stressed out.
Sometimes you can pick up a used books at the second hand store on what to expect when your pregnant.
Mostly follow your doctor's order's and take care of yourself.

you should go for regular check-ups and ask the doctor for a eating chart. also, eat healthy foods. REMEMBER, EVERYTHING YOU EAT IS WHAT YOUR BABY EATS!!!! Make sure you try to avoid bending down because its too much pressure on your baby. Make sure your stress level is low and if you have any stress at all,the best way to get rid of it is by talking to someone about it .Congrats!!!!!
P.S.: you know the drill about absolutely NO SMOKING/DRINKING/DRUGS/CAFFEINE.

Don't stress out about doing everything perfect while you're pregnant.
Really just eat a good diet, get good exercise to keep your body strong, and see your doctor regularly. Get plenty of sleep as well.

During the 1st trimester avoid hot baths, take your pre-natal vitamins, avoid heavy lifting, drinking, smoking, caffeine, some seafood that carries mercury and stressful situations. After your 1st trimester you are less likley to miscarry. See your doctor for more information he shouldn't tell you anything wrong.
