Document everything she sends. Make copies and date them. Then get a restraining order on her. If she violates it she can go to jail.

Have you told your supervisor at work about this harrassment, if you haven't you need to do this. You have the email as evidence. Also, i would get a restraining order and the first time she violates that order i'd have her arrested and jailed.

You might to have her jailed more than once before it finally sinks in.

I had this problem many years ago with an ex and i had to resort to a transfer and a restraining order covering two states. She was arrested 3 times jailed for a total of 90 days the 1st time, 180 days 2nd and 1 year the 3rd time all within 2years time.

This was 10 years ago. But even to this day, when learned i'd retired from the military and returned to the city i currently live in, she found out where i live, all she does now is drive by my house once a day.

If she get's arrested one more time for harrassment she's going to be charged with stalking and go to prison for a minimum of 5 years.

She's a psycho. I'm always on my guard cause i've seen her in the mall from time to time but at a distance, it's just amazing that she cannot let go.

No one should have to put up with these type of psycho's so get a restraining order and make sure to enforce it if she violates it.

She's basically a psycho just like my ex and if you don't deal with her using legal means she could really get dangerous.

you are able to't sue all people - the agency or the ex. Australian regulation isn't any the position close to as sue-pleasant because the U. S.. you are able to't sue human beings for better half and children spats (this is what it really is). Did you modern-day better half practice for an AVO? If no longer then the entire difficulty has been closed. there has been no consistent and perilous habit - no journeys to the emergency. Cyber threats are VERY troublesome to practice in spite of if stated to the police an identical day. in case you pick to get technical (and if we were interior the U. S.) - is the price actual? Did you commence seeing your modern-day better half even as married? if so then the price change into actual - so the fact to the employers change right into a basically one. i'm also in touch to understand how she knew what jobs your better half change into using for? perchance you may want to offer up sharing.

Does this bring back memories, ugh!! I feel for you! She doesn't want him, but does not want you to have him either! Sounds like she has some unsettled business as far as your Fiance' goes. Nothing helped us, he tried talking to her, yelling at her, everything under the sun!It was pathetic! She just did not care, it was her mission to seek vengance! Ignoring her must be difficult, I know! Keep the e-mails document them at the station, and tell them she is interfering with your workplace. Sad, but unfortunatly, some cities, and towns do not get involved with these matters. It's not considered stalking, and as far as harrassment goes there is a fine line. Such as the case with me. I hope for your peace of mind your town pulls through with some interventions!!
It wasn't until she met someone, did she leave me alone!!
Good luck

Some people just cannot accept their ex has moved on. If you can't change your email address, I would explain there is a problem to your boss. Then, I would get a restraining order. Whatever her problem is she shouldn't be able to harrass you, she needs to be made to understand her behaviour is unacceptable and illegal.

If she is threatening you, you need to get a restraining order and save the emails for proof. Other than that, you shouldn't have to deal with her because they didn't have kids together and you two can ignore her alltogether.

Save all her e-mails and file a complaint with the police department, and make sure your fiance backs you up. what she is doing is criminal and a couple of nights in jail will teach her not to mess with you.
