need a statistic that proves you cannot hear from inside a car when another driving is yelling at you from another car

I have hearing loss. So I know I can't hear if someone is yelling at my from another car. In fact I cannot hear sirens either. Do you want statistics among people with hearing loss and who are deaf as well?
